FITNESS
Women’s Fitness Classes:
Short: under 160 cm
Tall: 160cm and over
Physique Round 1 - Quarter Turns
Athletes wear bikini and platform heels
ü bikini top must cover 1/2 of the breast
ü bottoms should cover 1/2 of the butt
ü bikini may be attached in the back only
G-STRINGS OR THONGS ARE PROHIBITED
Physique judging criteria
ü good to excellent muscle tone
ü no excessive muscularity (not a bodybuilding contest)
ü definition (reasonable levels of body fat)
ü proportion (evenly developed muscle from top to bottom)
ü symmetry (equal development from left to right)
ü overall presentation (posture, stage presence)
ü grooming (hair, make-up, skin tone)
ü physical beauty and femininity
Routine Round 2 - Athletic Performance to Music
*Costume of choice
* ALL COMPETITION ATTIRE MUST BE APPROVED BY THE CHIEF
JUDGING OFFICIAL.
ü bottoms must extend 2 inches past butt line
ü top must cover 1/2 of the breast
Routine to music
ü
maximum 90 seconds
ü
props acceptable upon approval at weigh-ins
Elements of routine should consist of :
ü high energy and originality
ü strength
ü flexibility
ü endurance
ü complexity and difficulty
ü should appear effortless
ü showmanship
ü gymnastics and dance encouraged
Physique Round 3 - Quarter Turns
ü same requirements as round one
ü only top 3 - 6 are scored (depending on competition)
ü finalists are determined from total of rounds 1 and 2
